The purpose of having after-hours triage available is to assist patients in urgent situations to make decisions regarding the severity of their child’s condition and determine if a trip to the emergency room is necessary or if the patient’s condition can wait until the office is open. If so, our service can give advice on how to best care for the child in the interim. If at any time you are uncomfortable with the recommendations provided by the service, you can request to speak to the on-call practitioner.
Having this service available helps our patients avoid unnecessary, costly, or time-consuming trips to the emergency room or walk-in clinic during non-business hours. We believe this service is a tremendous benefit to our parents. However, the $20 per call cost that we pay for this after-hours service will be charged to your account.

WELCOME DR. PHAM!
We are excited to announce that Dr. Christine Pham has joined our practice! Dr. Pham will be seeing patients two days per week in each of our offices.
NEW INSURANCE CARDS:
Please call the office with your new insurance information if it has changed, and be sure to bring your new insurance card with you to your first appointment of the year. Even if your insurance is the same, we require a copy of your insurance card each year.
Appointment No-Show Fee
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance, or one hour in advance for appointments scheduled the same day, to avoid being charged a $25 no show fee per appointment.
