Just a reminder.....

If your insurance has NO Well-Child Benefits or if your policy has a Well-Child Benefit Maximum the state of Florida will provide vaccines for your child at a cost of $10 per vaccine, payable at the time of service. Our office generally keeps these vaccines in stock but you must let our staff know PRIOR to receiving vaccinations if you believe you may be eligble. Our practice attempts to verify your insurance benefits prior to each visit as a courtesy to help you track these issues, however we are not always able to get the most up-to-date information from the resources provided by insurance carriers. Therefore it is very important for you to track your benefit status and let us know when you beleive deductables/maximums have been met. We are always happy to double check for you!
